He is the Chief of Dermatology at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. His is an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Eisert has authored many articles in Dermatology Journals and has contributed to the textbook 'Phannacotherapeutics of Oral Disease". |

as well as surgical oncology and nutrition.
In addition to her clinical appointments, Dr. Elwyn is currently
on staff as Attending Surgeon at Northern Westchester Hospital,
Mt. Kisco, NY, White Plains Hospital, White Plains, NY and was
Medical Director of The Breast Center at Northern Westchester
Hospital from 1999-2002.
