How? At CREDCONNECT, we have built an electronic library of applications for many hospitals and MCOs. So when you want to join a new plan or when it is time to be recredentialed, we simply complete the appropriate form and produce a legible, accurate document.
Whether you need an application completed for one HMO/PPO, hospital, or a dozen different organizations, once you are part of the CREDCONNECT credentialing program, we can complete the application and return it to you with the necessary attachments, by mail or email,
within 14 days. And all your data is secure and kept confidential; we release information only to the organizations you authorize.

If you are an MD, DO or DPM, the cost of participating in CREDCONNECT is as follows: $200 for 12 months, for a maximum 10 applications and $25 each additional application after.

Participation Agreement. You will need to provide the annual
payment by credit card or check payable to Hudson MSO. You
may print these documents from our website or contact Theresa

of your credentialing documents specified in the application.
