Founded in 1986, Hudson IPA is a physician owned and operated company

operating in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Sullivan
counties in New York. We offer a broad network of more than 2200 physicians,
and the support and analytical services necessary to oversee the care
provided under fee-for-service and risk-based managed care agreements.
We have expanded our initial managed care mission, and now offer our
member physicians and their office managers a wide array of practice
management, professional and personal products and services, and access
to ongoing training and Continuing Medical Education (CME). Our Managed Care Philosophy: |

- Data analysis is critical; and
- Quality care is cost effective care.

| Our Practice Support Philosophy: |
| Top |
- Bringing physicians together offers great purchasing and pricing
leverage;
- Support of Office Managers is critical to success of medical
practices; and
- Using the Internet can enhance business, communications and
practice revenue.
